Please note that the use of the biograd.apartments platform is solely for the purpose of facilitating the communication between hosts and guests, and does not result in the creation of a booking contract. All booking contracts are entered into directly between the host and the guest. The listings and other information provided on the biograd.apartments platform do not constitute binding offers by biograd.apartments. It is the responsibility of the host and the guest to come to an agreement on the terms of the booking and to create a binding contract. biograd.apartments is not a party to any such contract and is not responsible for any agreements or disputes between hosts and guests.
